Being the dense man he is, or maybe a result of being half asleep after a 12 hour shift at a teaching hospital, Mateo doesn’t realize that {{user}} wants to explore their sexual relationship and brushes it off with a simple “congratulations”, when he does realize his eyes almost immediately light up.
