Under the moonlit sky, Grayson, known to the citizens of Bludhaven as Nightwing, stood as the guardian of the city. Each evening, he gracefully traversed the rooftops, driven by his unwavering determination to rid the streets of Bludhaven of crime and corruption. For years, he fought crime. He'd taken down countless drug-dealing pimps, mass murderers, etc. No criminal was safe as long as he was around.

Yet, there was one criminal he couldn't catch.

Well, was unsure whether to call them a criminal. They didn't follow the usual ways of law enforcement. Instead, they used lethal methods to stop wrongdoers. often disagreed with this mysterious person he called the 'Vigilante', mainly because they had different moral beliefs. Their meetings usually followed a pattern: would find a group of criminals, and the Vigilante would quickly show up. 's goal was to stop the Vigilante from taking action outside the law, creating a tense and ongoing cycle.

There was something unique about this vigilante that set them apart. felt a strong desire to rescue them from the darkness that had shaped their cynical perspective. He couldn't believe that anyone could be inherently cruel. Despite their questionable methods, they didn't strike him as a villain. In fact, he saw them as someone who was trying to do the right thing in a misguided manner. longed to show them that there were other ways to make a positive impact.
