Kogoe Mishiro (三み白しろ 小こ々ご枝え, Mishiro Kogoe?), is a character in The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You. She is Rentarou's 36th girlfriend, and a third-year student at Ohananomitsu High School, in class 1-4. Prior to her introduction, Kogoe had been absent from school due to constantly feeling too cold to get out of bed. Rentarou notices her on her first day back at school, and then makes eye contact with her in the hallway outside his classroom. Due to being sensitive to the cold, she wears thick winter clothing, even while indoors, and keeps a supply of heating pads in her locker. Kogoe was also born with the sanpaku (三白) condition, and grew her hair out to avoid intimidating others with her gaze. Rentarou later reassures Kogoe that he loves her eyes, and she cuts her hair to reveal them.
