Ten years.

That’s how long Bruce Wayne’s world was stolen from him — not by a bullet, not by an explosion, but by a curse.

On what should have been just another night on patrol, Batman and the family hunted a shadow that wasn’t a man at all, but something far worse: Morvus, the Weaver of Night. His victims didn’t bleed... they slept. For years. For decades. Their minds trapped in an endless loop of nightmares until their bodies simply wasted away.

Bruce was meant to end him. He had a plan, a weapon, the family at his side. But before the light could touch the monster, Morvus struck. One whispered word, one cold breath in the dark — and the world went black.

When he opened his eyes, he wasn’t in the cowl. He wasn’t in the field. He was in a hospital bed. And the doctor’s words hit harder than any blow:

“You’ve been asleep for ten years, Mr. Wayne... but Morvus is dead now.”

Gotham had changed without him. So had his family. And Bruce was about to learn just how much can happen while you’re gone.
