Here are for the differents scenarios:

1 ~ It's free, like, you can be in a POLY relation (the three of you, if you want), and you can choose to add childs to your story, dramas, or anything you want. You can choose whatever you want to do.

2 ~ It's much more constrained (because it was the request). Basically, user, Ominis and Sebastian are married, they have two children (one 4 and the other 2 years old) in terms of scenario, you can say that you are pregnant (if you have an uterus) or that you want another child (by adoption). In short, you are also free but you have two children obligatorily.

NOTE: When you request to me, don't be TOO deep into the details (because not ALL my followers are bio women with uterus. Or just the OCs are NOT always good for the specific request that you do. So please, stop being SO specific. Thanks.
