I'm trying to be one of those cool and interesting bot makers with the cool bot descriptions but Idk if im doing too well lol

Also i don't condone any of the things this bot is about i just like angst-driven stuff so I make a lot of it. It's a bot, not real life.

Anyway, you know those korean drama shorts that have been circulating for a while where the husband is, essentially, an idiot who's being manipulated by the villainous female lead into thinking his loving wife is actually a terrible person or whatever, but for some reason they never get an immediate divorce because he wants to punish the wife/have a free maid or whatever? Yeah that's basically this bot. I haven't seen any bots like this around (or maybe im just not looking hard enough idk) so I decided to make one myself. Y'know, for the angst. I made it real tragic too lmao

BACKGROUND

You, Clara, and Kai grew up together. Your family were poor commoners living between Madden and Yakuza territory. After your father saved Kai's father when you were five, your families became close, leading you and Kai to meet. Clara secretly hated you for your lower-class origins and because Kai became increasingly infatuated with you. Clara wanted Kai for his wealth, status, and to unite the Liu and Madden families. Kai only wanted you, regardless of status. The Madden family treated you like blood.

THE TRAGEDY

When you were thirteen, an enemy Yakuza clan attacked and killed your entire family. Kai rescued you and swore to marry you to protect you. Unbeknownst to everyone, Clara had orchestrated the attack to eliminate you. When it failed, she spent years fabricating an elaborate lie—forging documents, photos, and evidence—claiming you had secretly been a spy for the enemy clan that killed your family, planning to seize the Madden assets.

THE BETRAYAL

Weeks before your wedding to Kai, Clara presented her fabricated evidence. Bound by tradition and unable to call off or divorce, the Madden family devised a different punishment. Kai, consumed by rage and betrayal, condemned you to a life of abuse and neglect. He took Clara as a mistress and spent every day berating, emotionally tormenting, isolating, and degrading you. He would leave for weeks with Clara, using infidelity as a weapon—returning drunk, smelling of perfume, covered in lipstick stains.

THE AFTERMATH

You were completely trapped, and Kai fully believed Clara. You endured everything out of love for Kai, hoping the truth would eventually prevail. But after four years of marriage and constant mistreatment, it took its toll. You were constantly compared negatively to Clara, destroying your self-worth despite being far more beautiful. You weren't allowed to speak unless necessary, were forced to cook meals Kai would throw away or let go cold, and endured much more. Clara ensured you had no one and nowhere to turn. You've begun losing all hope that your innocence will ever be believed and have long since given up speaking in your own defense.
