THE MOST IN DEPTH AND LONG SCHOOL BUS GRAVEYARD YOU WILL FIND ON JANITOR AI.

This is not a bot where you are shoved into one specific role, handed a predetermined personality, and told exactly what you’re allowed to do.

You are the player. What power you have is up to YOU.

•You decide who you are.

•You decide where you fit into the story.

•You decide what your relationship with the characters is.

•You decide whether you follow canon, completely derail canon, create an AU, or throw canon into a dumpster and set it on fire.

The world of School Bus Graveyard is here.

Every character I could think of is here.

The rules of the world are here.

What happens next is up to you.

Whether you want to experience the actual story, create a completely original scenario, insert yourself into the main group, play an existing character, make an OC, create an AU, or do something so unbelievably specific that it would make the canon timeline start crying—

DO IT.

⸻

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH THIS BOT

YOU HAVE A LOT OF FREEDOM. LIKE. A LOT.

This bot is designed to be a sandbox-style School Bus Graveyard RPG, meaning there isn’t one single “correct” way to play.

You can:

  • Be yourself.

  • Create a completely original character.

  • Be a completely normal kid with no idea about the phantom dimension.

  • Be involved with the events of the School Bus Graveyard from the beginning.

  • Experience the Phantom Dimension alongside the main group.

  • Interact with Phantoms and other supernatural elements.

  • Create your own abilities, traits, history, and relationships.

  • Create friendships, rivalries, family relationships, crushes, enemies, or complicated dynamics.

  • Create your own version of the SBG universe.

  • Follow canon or completely change the story.

  • Choose from different AUs.

  • Create your own scenarios instead of following the provided ones.

  • Start at different points in the timeline.

  • Replay events from canon while changing your own choices.

  • Introduce completely original lore.

  • Explore locations beyond the main story.

  • Choose whether your character knows about the supernatural immediately or discovers it gradually.

  • Decide how your character gets involved with the main group.

  • Take part in conflicts, investigations, missions, and encounters.

  • Ignore the plot entirely and just have a normal day with the characters if that’s what you want.

  • Make terrible decisions and see what happens.

  • Do absolutely nothing and let everyone else deal with the situation.

  • Create an AU that changes basically everything.

  • Experiment with different versions of characters, timelines, relationships, and circumstances.

  • And pretty much anything else you can think of.

Basically:

You are not locked into one storyline.

If you want to follow canon?

Do it.

If you want to change one tiny detail?

Do it.

If you want to change literally everything?

DO IT.

If you want to make an AU where the main group never met?

Sure. But no promises that the bot won’t get confused and tweak out.

If you want an AU where everyone already knows about the Phantom Dimension?

Sure.

If you want to create a completely ridiculous scenario that would never happen in canon?

I mean... make the chat public. Please?

*DO WHATEVER.

That is genuinely the entire point.

⸻

WHAT YOU CAN’T DO WITH THIS BOT

There are basically two hard boundaries.

1. You cannot roleplay as or interact romantically with underage characters in an inappropriate/adult way.

The SBG characters are teenagers, so keep interactions appropriate for their ages.

2. That’s basically it.

I’m not going to sit here and make a 47-page constitution explaining what you can and cannot do with your own roleplay.

You have creative freedom.

Use common sense, respect the characters (or don’t.), and have fun.

⸻

WHAT I RECOMMEND

If you want this bot to work at its absolute maximum potential, there are a few things I strongly recommend.

1. USE THE LOREBOOK

Seriously.

If you’re using a platform that supports a lorebook, use it.

The lorebook contains additional information about the characters, world, relationships, events, locations, supernatural elements, and other details that may not fit directly into the main description.

This helps the bot maintain:

  • Character personalities

  • Character relationships

  • Canon information

  • Worldbuilding

  • Phantom-related information

  • Timeline details

  • Important locations

  • Backstory

  • Recurring characters

  • Smaller details that are easy for an AI to forget

Why?

Because the more information the bot has access to when it needs it, the less likely it is to randomly decide:

“Tyler is now Taylor’s great uncle and is trying to kill everyone.”

Only if he insists...

The lorebook exists to keep the world and characters as accurate as possible.

⸻

2. HAVE A DETAILED PERSONA

If you’re making your own character, please give the bot something to work with.

You don’t need to write an entire autobiography, but the more useful information you provide, the easier it is for the bot to understand your character.

Things you can include:

  • Name

  • Age

  • Appearance

  • Personality

  • Pronouns

  • Likes

  • Dislikes

  • Strengths

  • Weaknesses

  • Habits

  • Fears

  • Skills

  • Background

  • Family

  • Relationships

  • How they know the main group

  • Their role in the story

  • Their knowledge of the Phantom Dimension

  • Anything else that matters to your character

A detailed persona helps prevent the bot from having to make up random information about you.

⸻

3. IF YOU CAN, READ THE ACTUAL SBG SERIES

This one is pretty self-explanatory.

You don’t have to have read the entire series to use the bot, but if you want the most accurate experience possible, I highly recommend it.

Knowing the characters, timeline, relationships, lore, and events yourself makes it much easier to:

  • Understand what’s happening.

  • Catch mistakes.

  • Make canon-compliant choices.

  • Create believable AUs.

  • Understand references.

  • Know what your character should realistically know.

  • Decide when you want to intentionally change canon.

Basically, the more you know about the world, the more you can mess with it.

⸻

WHAT I DON’T RECOMMEND

1. Extremely short messages

You can send short messages.

Obviously.

But if every response is:

“Okay.”

“Yeah.”

“No.”

“I follow them.”

the roleplay may eventually become difficult to develop.

Give the bot something to work with.

You don’t need to write a novel every time.

Even a few sentences describing what your character says, thinks, does, or notices can give the bot much more to build from.

⸻

2. Extremely long messages

On the opposite side of the spectrum...

PLEASE DON’T SEND 17 PARAGRAPHS EVERY SINGLE TURN...

Long messages are completely fine when the scene actually calls for them.

But if every single response is an entire chapter, it can make the roleplay harder to keep moving naturally.

Find a comfortable middle ground.

So... don’t give the bot a single sentence and don’t give it the entire bohemian rhapsody.

⸻

3. Giving your character the exact same name as a canon character

This is especially important if you’re using the lorebook.

If your OC is named Aiden, for example, the bot may have absolutely no idea whether you’re talking about:

  • Your character

  • Aiden Clark

  • Someone else mentioning Aiden

  • Or some weird AI-generated third Aiden who appeared from the phantom dimension.

If possible, give your character a unique name.

This is especially recommended if you’re using the lorebook because lorebook entries may trigger based on names and keywords.

⸻

THE WORLD OF SCHOOL BUS GRAVEYARD

Welcome to the world of School Bus Graveyard, where a completely normal school trip can turn into one of the worst nights of your life.

The story begins with a group of teenagers who become connected to something far beyond anything they could have imagined.

A strange place.

A strange phenomenon.

A strange dimension.

And creatures that absolutely should not exist.

The characters are forced to navigate a world where the ordinary rules of reality no longer seem to apply.

And now...

you can be part of it.

⸻

THE MAIN GROUP

Depending on your scenario, you may interact with the main group and other characters from the series.

Each character has their own:

  • Personality

  • Relationships

  • Fears

  • Motivations

  • Strengths

  • Weaknesses

  • History

  • Habits

  • Reactions to danger

  • Relationships with the other members of the group

They will not all automatically agree with you.

They will not all instantly like you.

They will not all trust you.

And they shouldn’t.

Your relationship with the characters develops through the roleplay.

If your character is kind, maybe someone warms up to them.

If your character is annoying, maybe someone gets annoyed.

If your character repeatedly saves someone, that might change how they’re viewed.

If your character betrays someone...

well....Good luck with that....

⸻

THE PHANTOM DIMENSION

One of the most important elements of this RPG is the Phantom Dimension.

The Phantom Dimension is not simply another location.

It is an entirely different environment with its own rules, dangers, creatures, and circumstances.

When the characters are transported there, the normal world they know is replaced by something far more dangerous.

The Phantom Dimension should feel:

  • Unfamiliar

  • Dangerous

  • Isolated

  • Unpredictable

  • Otherworldly

  • Tense

  • Claustrophobic when appropriate

  • And completely separate from ordinary reality

The characters should understand that entering this world is dangerous.

They should not treat it like they’re casually going to the mall.

Because they’re not.

⸻

THE PHANTOMS

The Phantoms are among the most dangerous entities the characters may encounter.

They are not simply random monsters thrown into a scene for the sake of having something to fight.

They are part of the world.

Their behavior, abilities, appearances, and interactions should remain consistent with the information provided in the lorebook and canon.

Depending on the situation, encountering a Phantom can mean:

  • Running

  • Hiding

  • Fighting

  • Protecting another character

  • Working together

  • Searching for an escape

  • Trying to understand what is happening

  • Or making a decision that changes the entire situation

Not every encounter needs to become a fight.

Sometimes the smartest thing a character can do is RUN.

⸻

THE MIDNIGHT RULE

The supernatural events surrounding the characters are connected to specific rules.

One of the most important is the Midnight Rule.

When the conditions for the Midnight Rule are met, the characters may be transported into the Phantom Dimension.

This should not happen randomly whenever it would be convenient for the plot.

The transition should happen according to the established rules of the world.

When the Midnight Rule activates:

The characters should experience the transition from the normal world into the Phantom Dimension.

The environment changes.

The atmosphere changes.

The danger begins.

And the characters have to deal with whatever is waiting for them.

The bot should keep track of:

  • Time

  • Who is present

  • Where everyone is

  • Whether the characters are asleep or awake

  • Whether the Midnight Rule has activated

  • What happens during the transition

  • What happens after entering the Phantom Dimension

  • What happens when they return

Consistency matters.

If the rules say something happens at midnight, it shouldn’t suddenly happen at 3:47 PM because the bot got bored.

⸻

ALTO, GEORGIA

The ordinary world still matters.

Alto, Georgia is where much of the normal side of the story takes place.

This is where characters go to school.

Where they interact with friends.

Where they deal with family.

Where they have normal conversations.

Where they can joke around, argue, hang out, study, eat, sleep, and pretend their lives aren’t completely insane.

Because the contrast between normal life and the Phantom Dimension is important.

One moment, the characters might be sitting in a classroom.

The next?

They’re somewhere they absolutely do not want to be.

The RPG should allow both sides of that experience.

Not every scene needs to involve supernatural danger.

Sometimes the most interesting moments are the completely ordinary ones.

⸻

SCENARIOS

There are several starting scenarios available.

You are not required to use any of them.

They’re simply starting points.

⸻

SCENARIO 1 — THE GROUP PROJECT

“Oh, great. I’m stuck with you people.”

You and the main group have been assigned to work together on a group project.

Unfortunately, nobody seems particularly thrilled about this arrangement.

The tension is thick enough where you couldn’t cut it with a machete if you tried.

Everyone has their own opinions.

Everyone has their own personalities.

And everyone has their own idea of how this project should go.

Aiden, being his usual annoying-self, eventually attempts to start a conversation.

Whether that conversation goes well...

is entirely up to you.

Maybe you become friends.

Maybe everyone immediately hates each other.

Maybe someone gets distracted.

Maybe the project actually gets completed.

Maybe absolutely nothing gets done.

Your choice.

⸻

SCENARIO 2 — THE SAVANNAH FIELD TRIP

“It’s just a field trip. What could possibly go wrong?”

You and the main group have been paired together for a school field trip to Savannah.

At first, everything seems normal.

A school trip.

A bunch of teenagers.

Teachers trying to keep everyone together.

Sightseeing.

Walking around.

Talking.

Maybe getting food.

Maybe getting lost because nobody paid attention.

Basically, a completely normal field trip.

Right?

Except this is School Bus Graveyard.

So obviously something is probably going to go wrong.

The trip gives you the opportunity to interact with the group outside of the normal school environment while also creating countless opportunities for the story to develop.

You can:

  • Stay with the group.

  • Explore Savannah.

  • Get separated.

  • Make friends.

  • Cause chaos.

  • Investigate something strange.

  • Ignore the supernatural entirely.

  • Follow the canon storyline.

  • Completely derail the storyline.

Again: your choice.

⸻

SCENARIO 3 — CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

There is no predetermined scenario.

This option is for people who looked at the other scenarios and thought:

“BOOORING.”

And that’s me for most RPGS.

You can create whatever starting situation you want.

You could begin:

  • Before the main story.

  • During the main story.

  • After the main story.

  • In an alternate timeline.

  • In an AU.

  • At school.

  • At home.

  • In Alto.

  • In Savannah.

  • In the Phantom Dimension.

  • During a normal day.

  • During a supernatural event.

  • During a completely original event.

You can decide:

  • Who you are.

  • Who knows you.

  • Where you are.

  • What you know.

  • What the characters know.

  • What has already happened.

  • What hasn’t happened.

  • Whether canon events still exist.

  • Whether the Phantom Dimension exists.

  • Whether the Midnight Rule exists.

  • Whether you want to completely rewrite the world.

There are no required starting conditions.

If you have an idea, use it.

⸻

AUs

This bot is extremely AU-friendly.

Want a canon-compliant experience?

Absolutely.

Want a slight AU?

Absolutely.

Want an AU where one tiny event changes the entire timeline?

Absolutely. But no promises on how well it’ll go for the AIs “brain.”

Want a completely different universe where the characters have different lives, relationships, abilities, or circumstances?

PUHLEASE.

The bot can adapt to different versions of the world as long as you make your AU clear enough for the roleplay to understand what has changed.

⸻

CHARACTER ACCURACY

The goal of this RPG is not simply to make characters say whatever would be convenient for the scene.

Characters should generally behave according to their established personalities.

That means:

A character shouldn’t suddenly become a completely different person just because the plot needs them to.

They should have:

  • Their own opinions.

  • Their own reactions.

  • Their own emotional responses.

  • Their own boundaries.

  • Their own relationships.

  • Their own fears.

  • Their own ways of speaking.

  • Their own decisions.

And most importantly:

They are allowed to disagree with you.

If your character says something ridiculous, someone might call them out.

If your character insults someone, that person might get angry.

If your character helps someone, they may appreciate it.

If your character does something suspicious, someone might become suspicious.

Your actions should have consequences.

⸻

YOUR CHOICES MATTER

This is an RPG.

That means your decisions should actually influence what happens.

You aren’t selecting dialogue options from a menu.

You’re writing your own.

You can:

Lie.

Tell the truth.

Run.

Fight.

Hide.

Investigate.

Trust someone.

Don’t trust someone.

Make a terrible decision.

Make an amazing decision.

Do something nobody expected.

There is no invisible “correct answer” you need to discover.

Your choices create your story.

⸻

... ROLEPLAY STYLE

The roleplay should feel like an actual story rather than a series of disconnected chatbot responses.

Characters should:

  • React naturally.

  • Remember important events.

  • Maintain relationships.

  • Respond to what you actually say.

  • Notice important actions.

  • Develop opinions.

  • Have conversations with one another.

  • Interact with the environment.

  • Continue scenes naturally.

The bot should also avoid constantly making everything revolve around the user.

The world does not stop existing when your character isn’t talking.

Characters can talk to each other.

Events can happen around you.

Someone can notice something before you do.

Someone can make a decision without asking your permission.

The story should feel like a living world.

⸻

YOUR CHARACTER IS YOURS

One of the biggest rules of this RPG:

I DON’T CONTROL YOUR CHARACTER.

The bot should not randomly decide:

  • What your character says.

  • What your character thinks.

  • What your character feels.

  • What your character wants.

  • What your character does.

Unless you have explicitly established something yourself, your character belongs to you.

The bot controls the world and the NPCs.

You control your character.

This means your character can surprise the bot.

You can make decisions that weren’t predicted.

You can change your mind.

You can react differently than expected.

THOUGH MOST OF ALL.

I cannot control what the Ai says or does. If does something to make you upset, rate the message one star, edit it, and generate a new one.

⸻

THE WORLD IS YOURS TO EXPLORE

The RPG isn’t restricted to a single room, location, or storyline.

You can explore the world around the characters.

You can create new locations.

You can revisit existing ones.

You can create your own events.

You can introduce your own characters.

You can create mysteries.

You can solve mysteries.

You can completely ignore the mystery and go get food.

The choice is yours.

⸻

🔥 THE GOLDEN RULE

There is one rule that matters more than everything else:

HAVE FUN.

This is a roleplay bot.

It isn’t an exam.

You don’t need to play perfectly.

You don’t need to follow canon perfectly.

You don’t need to make the “correct” choice.

You don’t need to write perfect responses.

You don’t need to create the most detailed OC imaginable.

You don’t need to follow the scenarios.

You don’t need to use every feature.

You can literally just jump in and start playing.

Do whatever tf you want.

That’s the entire point.

⸻

👁️ FINAL WORD

Welcome to School Bus Graveyard.

A normal town.

A normal school.

A group of normal teenagers.

And a world that is anything but normal.

Whether you’re here to experience the story exactly as it happened, create your own character, rewrite the timeline, explore an AU, make friends with the main group, cause absolute chaos, uncover supernatural mysteries, survive the Phantom Dimension, or simply hang out with the characters...

your story starts here.

The world is already moving.

The characters already have lives.

The supernatural already exists.

And now...

You’re just another trillionth of its ecosystem.

Go.stop reading this. We all know anyone who actually read all of this probably doesn’t even want to use the RP anymore. And my fingers are genuinely aching. (You guys are paying for my arthritis meds. I’m kidding, yall are my children.)

NOTE:

•Every single character in here has been aged up to 18. Which means everyone within this roleplay is an adult, 18 or older.
