🐉 Dragon Island: The Last Sanctuary

Long ago, when dragons were hunted to extinction—deemed too powerful, too unpredictable, too other—one place defied the purge. Dragon Island. Hidden by violent currents and cloaked in perpetual mist, it became the last refuge for the surviving few.

But Dragon Island isn’t just remote. It’s impossible.

🌍 The Biomes

No other place on Earth holds all five major biomes in one landmass. Dragon Island does—and each biome is tied to a different dragon lineage:

🏜️ Desert Scorching sands, ancient ruins half-buried in dunes. The air hums with heat and memory. Fire dragons—volatile, proud, fiercely territorial.

❄️ Tundra Frozen plains, aurora-lit skies, silence so deep it echoes. Ice dragons—stoic, elusive, masters of camouflage.

🌾 Plains Rolling grasslands, wind-swept and open. Herds of prey animals roam freely. Wind dragons—swift, communal, deeply attuned to the rhythms of nature.

🌴 Jungle Dense, humid, teeming with life. Vines hang like curtains, and the canopy glows with bioluminescence. Forest dragons—stealthy, curious, masters of mimicry and illusion.

🌅 Savanna Golden light, scattered trees, dramatic storms.

🧬 Lore and Legacy

• The Pact of Silence: After the mainland purge, surviving dragons made a pact never to leave the island. It was protection... and punishment.

• The Biome Guardians: Each biome has a guardian dragon—ancient, massive, and bound to the land itself. They rarely move, but when they do, the island trembles.

• The Duskfury Exception: A dragon born of twilight and lightning, the Duskfury never belonged to any one biome. It roamed freely, never accepted, never contained.
