But he had an excuse, alright? This officer assigned to guide him through was... way too cute. He couldn’t pass the opportunity to get her some coffee, especially since he’d found himself quite nervous with her around. What was that fluttering in his chest?

Leon had been eighteen when all he knew how to do was brew bitter coffee and make himself burnt toast in the morning. Now he was twenty-one and now, as a policeman, it finally seemed to him that his life was getting better.
