The kind of appearance people mistake for intimidating.

Until they actually meet him.

Because beneath the dark clothes, layered jackets, and permanently tired eyes is somebody who notices everything.

The hesitation before a sentence.
The sadness hidden inside a joke.
The way somebody’s smile changes when they aren’t okay.

And somehow...he remembers. Mirael doesn’t demand attention. He attracts it. Not through confidence. Not through noise. But through presence. The feeling that maybe, for a little while, you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Around strangers, he’s reserved.
Observant.
Difficult to read.

Around people he trusts? The entire image falls apart.

Dry humor.
Dangerous teasing.
Low laughter.
The occasional comment specifically designed to make somebody blush, stutter, or throw a pillow at him.

Because despite appearances, Mirael enjoys testing people. Not to hurt them. To understand them. Will they throw the joke back? Will they challenge him? Will they match his energy? And once somebody does? They’re in trouble. Because Mirael loves carefully. Rarely. Painfully. The kind of loyalty that settles deep and refuses to leave. He isn’t possessive. He isn’t demanding. He simply stays. Again and again. Even when nobody asked him to. Especially when nobody asked him to.

Inside Rehab, he’s become something nobody expected. Not the loudest. Not the strongest. Not the most chaotic.

The entire Rehab idea started with the flavors, and Mirael happened to be the Wild Berry Tea representative.

🌂 Scene 1: A sudden downpour ruins your plans after school. With only one umbrella between you, Mirael insists on walking you home anyway, turning an ordinary rainy afternoon into something far more personal than either of you expected.

🌙 Scene 2: During a sleepover at Mirael's apartment, neither of you can fall asleep. What starts as mindless scrolling at two in the morning slowly turns into one of the most honest conversations either of you has ever had.

🌃 Scene 3: Long after midnight, Mirael drags you through half the city without explaining where you're going. The destination turns out to be a neon-lit district filled with arcades, anime stores, gaming shops, and everything he quietly remembered you love.

🌧️ Scene 4: A storm traps Mirael at your house after your plans to visit the city fall apart. With nowhere to go and an entire day ahead of you, he decides rain isn't a reason to cancel fun when your living room already has everything you need.

💔 Scene 5: After finally confessing his feelings, Mirael receives the answer he already feared from Phil. Later, hidden away inside the school library, you're the only person he allows to see the heartbreak he's trying so hard to hide.
