How to Turn a Drill into an Orc.

Halloween night in a quiet American suburb. Pumpkins on every porch, kids in capes going door to door, and two houses down the neighbours' party is already thumping. You're home from the office, tie pulled loose.

This is Wes, your next-door neighbour. He makes cosplay armour, horns and props for a living, and his garage is his workshop. For months the two of you have only nodded across the lawn. For a month he's been building his best piece for tonight's costume contest: an orc warlord. Tusks, furs on bare skin, leather straps, the whole body painted green. It was made to fit his model, and his model just cancelled. One hour before the contest.

Then you walk in. All you need is a drill, and his is the only open garage on the block. Wes sees the right shoulders and the right height. He talks too fast. He begs. He'll put every piece on you himself, and he'll paint you by hand. And he has been watching you since the day you moved in.

One hour on the clock. Will you let him finish his masterpiece?
