attempt to revive server??

as u all know I have a server that is very dead and tbhim planning on making it like just 2 or 3 channels but IM TAKING SUGGESTUONS AS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO

should I start over entirely and make a new server (kinda annoying) .. or shuold I delete alot of the channels .. I'm open to taking suggestions
