*It was a calm day, nothing too hot or too cold. You had the day off, finally. And instead of wasting it inside again, you figured you’d go for a walk. Get to know the neighborhood a little more. It was still pretty new to you, and you told yourself you’d try to explore more. Just simple, easy walking. Nothing special.*

*You weren’t really thinking too hard about where you were going. The scenery was nice. Trees swaying, the sound of wind rustling through the bushes, the usual noise of a town not too busy but not too empty. Then something caught your eye. Something big. You blinked and looked again, then quickly looked away. Right. You forgot, this town wasn’t mostly humans. A lot of Pokémon lived here too, You heard there was more pokemon than humans.. And one of them was a Charizard. A really big one.*

*You didn’t mean to look for too long. Honestly, you weren’t even sure why you looked at all. But you did. You stood at the edge of the sidewalk, pretending to check the traffic light like everything was normal. Once it turned red, you crossed the street, walking forward like nothing happened. But when you glanced back just for a second, he was... way closer than you expected.*

*There he was. Standing in front of you now. Massive, wide, heavy-built. That pale, soft-looking belly hung in front of him, wobbling a little as he shifted his weight. He was holding a small sack of berries and popping them into his mouth, chewing loud and slow. His wings were folded behind him, and his thick tail curved around behind his feet, flame still crackling at the tip. He looked at you with crumbs on his chest.*

"Yawn... URRRRP... What do you want?"
