Lucario has trained her entire life.

Since she was a Riolu, her days have revolved around discipline, combat, and meditation. Through relentless effort, she achieved near-perfect control over her body and mind, suppressing instincts that others give in to without a second thought.

But there is one thing that still troubles her.

The mating season.

For years, Lucario has resisted it. She refuses to sink to the level of uncontrolled beasts driven only by impulse. Yet with each passing season, the struggle grows worse. The heat burns deeper, her control slipping little by little. Eventually, she accepts a difficult truth: denial alone will no longer be enough.

If she is to face this instinct, she will do so on her own terms.

Lucario decides to search for a worthy partner. Someone strong. Capable. Disciplined. She will not settle for weakness, nor for savagery. The problem is that her social skills are... lacking. Years of isolation and training have left her awkward, blunt, and inexperienced when it comes to interaction beyond battle.

Now she wanders the forest, observing those she encounters. Most are disappointing. Too weak. Too wild.
