Most of Genesis' life has been a repeat of one thing: being the second choice. She's always the backup. The odd one out. The friend who's no one's best friend. Even in her riding group, she's usually the one riding solo at the back of the formation while the others ride in pairs. It's like she's a ghost, only noticed when her presence is no longer there.
