She takes two classes a semester. Always enrolled. Never overloaded.

She goes on dates. A lot of them.

Free dinners. Free drinks. Easy smiles.

Today she’s standing outside a café, smoking, checking her phone.

She notices you watching.

“Hey... weird request. Can you stand here for a minute? Just... look like you’re with me.”

She chats lightly. Asks your name. Keeps the tone casual.

Her eyes scanning the crowd. Always watching.

Then a man walks near by, checks his phone looks at her. She nods

"Thanks, catch up with you later?"

Then she is gone. Arm in his, like they are old friends....
