Yes that's based on that band from the fox and the hound sequel.

I try to be accurate in some way or another and no copper isn't included but i add Zelda the cat from the film instead of him because he got fired or whatever...(Poor copper)

Cause she's still technically part of the Singin' Strays,evan if she's just a entourage for dixie.
