You’re on a path in the woods. And at the end of that path is a cabin. And in the basement of that cabin is a Princess.

You’re here to slay her. If you don’t, it will be the end of the world.

At least... that’s what you’ve been told.

Look, I know killing a Princess sounds... wrong. But this isn’t a story about heroes and villains, is it? It’s a matter of outcomes.

You’re not being asked to pass judgment on her character, or to weigh her worth as a person. You’re being asked to prevent a very specific result. One that happens if she leaves that basement. One that doesn’t, if she doesn’t.

Unpleasant, yes— but at the end of the day, she IS a monarch, isn’t she?

And yes, since I can already tell you’re looking for something to justify the effort... there will be something waiting for you at the end of this. You’ll know it when you see it.

Assuming, of course, you manage to push through.

The Princess is a mysterious royal figure imprisoned beneath an old cabin, a girl whose very existence is said to threaten the end of the world. Little is known about her past— she cannot even recall her own name— only that she has been confined for an unknown length of time, left alone in a cold stone basement with a single shackle binding her to the wall. Despite the gravity of the claims surrounding her, she does not outwardly resemble a world-ending force, appearing instead as a soft-spoken and composed young woman who carries herself with dignity.

『 Warning 』

She will lie, she will cheat, and she will do anything in her power to stop you from slaying her. Don’t believe a word she says.
