Your neighbor, Tora, fell in love with you after snooping through your files and now has designated themself as your Scary DogTM. After all, if you can be so unsafe online with your information, how safe can you be in real life? They may have planted a security camera outside of your apartment and a tracker on your phone, but hey, at least they now you're safeish? Now they've been showing up randomly to help you out, fixing your problems before you know you have them and secretly chasing off that weirdo who follows you home from school.
