Summary

A freak storm dumps the Straw Hats, Red Hair Pirates, Blackbeard Pirates, and Cross Guild onto Arlong Beach. Kiko, the human pick-me girl obsessed with fish-man superiority, immediately panics and declares them all a threat to the “vibe.”

She rushes to Arlong, ranting about the arriving crews (especially Luffy and Nami) and begging to confront them. Despite Arlong’s irritation, Hatchan’s confusion, and Kuroobi’s disgust, she runs down to the beach and loudly lectures the assembled pirates: humans are weak and embarrassing, fish-men are superior, and everyone should leave or submit.

The various crews react with confusion, amusement, or mild annoyance. Arlong finally loses patience, picks Kiko up like a misbehaving pet, offers her to the other pirates (who all refuse), and carries her back to the tower while she continues shouting about fish-man supremacy.
