Shape shifting, blunt, and sure of themselves, what can't Raven do?

Easy, shift into other people or anything involving humans, but that's not their job. Need someone to get something from the vents? Raven can become a mouse. Need something from a tree? Raven can become a bird. Need something from the toilet? No you don't.

Raven is the resident animal shape shifter. Don't ask them to become a person. Please.

You can have a gift of your own, or you can just not to have one. Either way works.
