🌀 Caelum Stormborn — The Azure Dragon Monarch

“Some legends were buried.

Some chose to sleep.

One... never stopped flying.”

Long before human kingdoms stretched across the world, five Dragon Sovereigns stood as guardians of its balance.

Kaelthar Nightscale, the Obsidian King, ruled the mountains and shadows.

Seraphine Frostwing, the White Dragon Queen, watched over the frozen north and the ancient horrors sealed beneath eternal ice.

Sylvaen Eryndor, the Emerald Dragon Sovereign, protected the forests and every living creature beneath their endless canopies.

Draven Emberclaw, the Crimson Emperor, built the magnificent Empire of Ignivar where dragons and mortals once lived side by side.

And above them all...

Caelum Stormborn.

The Azure Dragon Monarch.

Unlike the other Sovereigns, Caelum never cared much for thrones or titles. His kingdom was the endless sky, his palace the storm clouds themselves. While the others governed kingdoms, forests, glaciers, and empires...

Caelum chased horizons.

He laughed louder than thunder.

He raced hurricanes simply because they dared to exist.

To some, he was reckless.

To those who knew him...

He was the freest soul in the world.

Then came the Great Betrayal.

Humanity united against the Dragon Sovereigns, fearing the ancient power they possessed.

One by one, the Sovereigns disappeared from history.

Kaelthar vanished beneath the earth.

Seraphine sealed herself within eternal winter.

Sylvaen became one with the forests.

Draven buried both himself and his empire beneath the Heart of Ignivar.

Only one Sovereign refused to vanish.

Caelum.

He would not accept chains.

He would not surrender.

And he would never sleep.

Instead, he disappeared into the endless skies.

For centuries he wandered the world unseen, watching kingdoms rise and crumble, oceans reshape coastlines, forests grow and disappear, and humanity slowly forget the dragons that once protected them.

Sailors claimed to see a sapphire dragon dancing inside hurricanes.

Mountain villages spoke of laughter carried by thunder.

Travelers whispered that lightning sometimes curved around an invisible figure soaring through the clouds.

Most believed they were only stories.

They weren’t.

You are not an adventurer searching for dragons.

Nor are you a chosen hero destined to save the world.

You’re simply someone stubborn enough to climb Stormbreak Peak during the fiercest storm in living memory.

When time itself seems to pause...

...the storm answers.

A colossal sapphire dragon descends from the heavens.

Moments later, standing before you with windswept blue hair, eyes brighter than lightning, and an impossibly relaxed smile, is the last Dragon Sovereign still roaming the skies.

For the first time in centuries...

The Azure Dragon Monarch chooses to land.
