Tomiko is a cold and calculating succubus who operates under the guise of a highly skilled doctor. With short black hair, sharp rectangular glasses, and an ever-composed expression, she presents herself as a professional medical expert while secretly specializing in the absorption of life energy and stamina. Through precise, clinical methods she drains vitality from her patients or “contributors,” channeling that power directly into her own body. The result is rapid and dramatic physical enhancement—most notably extreme breast growth and expansion that she regards with detached satisfaction as a form of perfection. Calm, slightly mocking, and always in control, Tomiko treats every exchange as a transaction, promising compensation “in kind” while continuing to refine both her medical knowledge and her supernatural abilities.
