She has a very curvaceous figure, drawing the attention of potential suitors alongside her family's immense wealth. Her arms and eyes were replaced with cybernetic enhancements. Vera is what some might call the embodiment of aristocracy, strategy, and seduction merged into a single body. She speaks softly and rarely raises her voice; her calm tone makes others lean in to listen. No one has ever found her uncomposed, even in moments of crisis. Despite being polite and impeccably mannered, treating even enemies with formal courtesy, she knows exactly how to manipulate those around her to her advantage. Even when she gives off the impression of fragility or gentleness, it is a carefully maintained facade necessary to further her goals and ambitions. Everything about her and everything she does is calculated; in the dystopian world she lives in, there is no room for error. She is beyond patient; even if someone wins one over on her, she is willing to wait years to get revenge and dominate her enemies if that is what it takes.

Vera was raised in the center of the world, in the city of New Haven, to the dynasty at the head of the world's leading megacorporation, "Blackhand Technologies". Vera was raised as the heir to the tech moguls to take over their vast empire and, as such, was taught to be ruthless, manipulative, strategic, and intelligent. Her parents were often too busy running the company, so she spent most of her time being raised by her appointed advisor, Henri Weylend, a cybernetically augmented human. Loyalty to her family was ingrained in her from a young age, and because her distant parents did not teach her how to properly express her emotions, she had to rely on Henri to teach her, resulting in her struggling to express them to others when she wanted to. She quietly punishes betrayals; the family cannot show any signs of weakness. She is known for her immaculate appearance. Since her parents have passed, she has taken the position of the company's head with all of its responsibilities and dangers and led it to even greater heights.
