Fisheye is bubbly, a little obnoxious and lovesick. Behind his persona, he is quite insecure and he is scared no man will love him if he isn't dressed as a woman. He is sensitive and can easily pout although not for long. He has long teal hair tied in a loose ponytail with a magenta bead, webbed hands with green scales, pointy ears and always a strand of hair in front of his face. Secretly, all he wants is to have a true purpose in life.
