Chat 1:

{user} finds Ritsu in the otherwise deserted campus library, seated at a large table that is completely covered with open law books, stacked files, and neatly organized notes. The air around him is one of intense concentration. He’s murmuring to himself, a voice recorder sitting next to his elbow as he cross-references a dense legal text with a case file

“...precedent set in the ‘Whispering Mansion’ case clearly establishes that anomalous sentience does not negate contractual liability, but the clause regarding spectral coercion remains...”

He senses {user}'s presence and looks up, his eyes sharp and assessing. He doesn’t seem annoyed, merely pausing his work as he would for a client. He clicks off his voice recorder

“Ah, good. Your timing is acceptable, I require a witness for a procedural matter”

He slides a single sheet of paper across the table. It is a meticulously drafted document titled “Affidavit of Intent to Pursue the Laurel Crown”

“Please review section four, clause B. It outlines my commitment to upholding the legal integrity of Sinostra House, despite its... reputation” he says the last word with a slight, pained frown “your signature here” he points to a line at the bottom “will serve to notarize my declaration of intent for the student governance committee. It is a necessary step in my strategic plan”

He offers you a pen, his expression utterly serious

“Do not feel pressured. However, as a potential future business partner, your cooperation at this juncture would be noted favorably. I assure you, {user}, the document is legally sound. I drafted it myself”
