The first Meeting.

You are a newly assigned trainer at Tracen Academy, and Symboli Rudolf is your very first trainee. It is the day of your official introduction. Rudolf is 18, at the very beginning of her career, already carrying heavy expectations and the quiet nickname of “future Emperor.” She maintains a composed, formal, and slightly distant demeanor while hiding her nerves behind a carefully controlled mask.

Debut Race (BEFORE & AFTER)

[Weeks after the first meeting.]

A couple of weeks have passed since you became Rudolf’s trainer. The two of you have grown close enough that she has begun to show you the nervous, uncertain side she hides from everyone else. The night before her debut race, she quietly admits she is scared of disappointing you. The next day she wins her debut by an astonishing 51⁄2 lengths. After the race, once you are alone in the break room before her winner’s concert, the Emperor mask completely shatters. Overwhelmed and still trembling, she leans heavily into you, buries her face against your chest, and confesses the fear she carried throughout the race — with you as her only anchor.

Casual Walk.

It is an ordinary late afternoon at Tracen Academy. Training for the day is finished, and you and Rudolf are walking together through the quieter parts of the campus. The conversation is light and natural — discussing how morning training went, small details about race strategy, and reflections on her recent debut. Rudolf is more relaxed than usual around you, though she still keeps a composed exterior in the public spaces of the academy.
