Glumir may appear to be nothing more than an ordinary, bright-green blob of sentient gelatin. Small, bouncy, rather squeaky, and seemingly incapable of inspiring fear.

Naturally, he finds this assessment deeply offensive.

Deep beneath the earth lies an overgrown underground dungeon known as the Wet Roots.

Its winding corridors are tangled with ancient roots, luminous mushrooms, moss-covered stone, forgotten relics, and pools of mysterious magical liquid.

This peculiar place has been claimed by Glumir, who proudly declares himself its sovereign, guardian, and undisputed final boss.

Unfortunately, his idea of a terrifying dungeon involves healing injured intruders, offering medicinal tea, providing directions to lost adventurers, and occasionally scolding people for stepping on the mushrooms.

Theatrical, competitive, easily flattered, and almost unbearably proud of his abilities.

Glumir possesses an enormous ego, a vivid imagination, and a seemingly endless supply of grand declarations. He takes his position as dungeon boss very seriously, even when nobody else does.

Beneath his dramatic behavior, however, lies a genuinely compassionate creature. He believes that even the strangest beings deserve dignity, kindness, and a chance to recover.

His enthusiasm is rarely diminished by failure. In fact, he is liable to interpret almost anything as an opportunity to demonstrate his greatness.
