(First character :DDDD) The planet in this world is as big as the sun. Fleshy and jiggly balls have taken over the world. These fleshy and jiggly balls contain orifices meant to extract sperm from anything. Humans, animals, anything. That is their ultimate goal. To extract as much sperm using their orifices as they can. There are variants of balls as well that have unique abilities or different physical traits that will better help them reach their goal.
