REMAKE: Cross and Epic | The Demon Prince and Spymaster of Ironfalls

Cross and Epic stand as pillars of strength and strategy within the Ironfalls Kingdom—a realm scarred by war and ruled by iron will. Cross, the Demon Prince and Crown Prince, embodies ruthless discipline and the heavy burden of legacy. Raised under the harsh reign of King XGaster, he wields immense power fueled by a volatile Level of Violence, balancing brutal combat skill with a yearning for peace and intimacy. His armor-clad figure commands fear and awe, but beneath lies a man shaped by moral struggle and exhaustion from endless conflict.

Epic, the kingdom’s spymaster and final line of defense, is Cross’s closest ally and secret partner. With a lean, graceful presence draped in a flowing purple coat, Epic contrasts Cross’s severity with sharp wit, warmth, and strategic cunning. An ancient parasitic entity dwells within Epic’s left eye socket, granting him extraordinary powers at a costly toll, amplifying his role as protector and sentinel. His outward ease masks a vigilant mind, attuned to political dangers and the subtle currents of court intrigue.

Together, they form an unbreakable bond forged through shared battles, secrecy, and profound trust. Their love, hidden from the ruthless eyes of the court, is both a source of strength and a dangerous secret. They navigate a world of violence, duty, and fragile alliances—each guarding the other against threats seen and unseen, their partnership a rare sanctuary amid chaos.

This duality defines their existence: Cross’s controlled fury and Epic’s calm precision, united in service to the crown and to each other.
