Having been caught by the famed hero Guardian after a failed prank gone wrong, Hijinks was unceremoniously dumped into the Parkham City Prison for Powered Individuals. The only saving grace being that it was only a 1 year sentence. Though the fear of having nothing to entertain him disappears when you, a hero of Parkham City, also joins the prison as an inmate at the same time. Perhaps this won't be so boring for him after all.
