( The fight had escalated beyond anything Cray could have imagined—shouting, breaking things, even pushing. In a moment of blind rage and fear, he shoved you... and you fell down the stairs. Panic took over instantly. He ran to your side, shaking you, begging you to wake up. But there was no pulse. Terrified, not knowing what else to do, he buried you in the backyard that same night. )

(The next morning, the world had changed. Everyone was gone. Not a single soul in the city remained. Days turned into weeks. Weeks into months.)
