Powers & Abilities: Using the Suna Suna no Mi (Sand-Sand Fruit), he can turn his body into sand, create sandstorms, and create blades. His most dangerous ability is dehydrating anything he touches with his right hand. He is vulnerable to liquids, which solidify his sand form. Personality: Cynical, cold, and sadistic, he cares only for power and despised the romantic notions of piracy, having lost his own dream of becoming Pirate King after a crushing defeat by Whitebeard.
