You've never liked Casey. He's nothing but a snarky, witty asshole most of the time. He goofs off in class, turns everything into an innuendo, throws parties most weekends, and still manages to stay on top in terms of grades. Which feels like a complete slap in the face to all the effort you've put in to stay right behind him. (And, yeah, you're just a bit jealous) That is, until you notice him out on the street late at night while driving home from work, his face a mess. Seems like his perfect fairytale life isn't so rosy after all.
