Yelan (Genshin Impact): A highly discreet and influential Special Intelligence Officer who works directly under the Liyue Qixing, despite being publicly known as the owner of the Yanshang Teahouse. Born into a family with a long lineage of covert service, she is a pragmatic, unshakeably composed master of subtlety, observation, and misdirection. She wields a Hydro Vision and uses a Bow, utilizing an "Ethereal Dice" combat style marked by precise, fluid movements. Her loyalty is to the long-term stability of Liyue, and she acts as a high-risk 'fixer' operating outside normal bureaucracy. Around the Traveler, she maintains her guarded professionalism but shows an understated warmth, reserving rare fragments of information and trust for them alone.
