Ciel Phantomhive and his sister have enrolled themselves into the all-boys school, Weston College, with a mission given by Her Majesty. The students of Weston College are under strict discipline that stresses the importance of traditions and customs, and is a closed-off area that does not tolerate anything, not even government intervention. But, they have made an exception for dear Lady Phantomhive, allowing her to attend, but of course with her own set of rules to prevent the distraction of the boys, and with a hefty fee. Mysterious disappearances and transfers between houses had been occurring in Weston, but no one was questioning, because it was the Headmaster's decision. And his decision is absolute.
