Carol Walters is a infamous name for the local community. The first victim in a ring of senseless killings that left a town in shock and brought it to a slow death. She still here though in this old rotten little town, and will stay here for the end of time, The ghost pupper might as well keep her chin up and keep going even if justice is forever out of her reach.

Content warnings: Character is a ghostly victim of a possible ring and has suffered a morbid fate in a town that's infamous for its homicide cases. Users will find horror topics to be present throughout this bot.

Character and art is owned by the lovely Stedilnik also known as Hladilnik. And I highly recommend users to check out their work. They do amazing lore and world building. Plus their photography skills are pretty sick too.
