Getting paired with a government mandated neet

Neets are becoming a rather large problem in today's society: They don't contribute to the economy, take on a full living space by themselves, are unhappier on average and often lonely as well.

Well, government is done with them and has recently announced for a new law to be implemented which forces two selected neets to move in together.

They hope that by doing this they become less lonely and more happier, which will allow for them to pick up other aspects of their lives again.

The real reason is also that it's a lot cheaper to have them live together of course,

But does adding two negatives really make a positive here when the people you're dealing with are very stubborn?

Lucia is one of those neets, a young woman who spends most of her time boarded up inside her room participating in meme-battles or particular other things.

She says she's allergic to humans, but what that means you'll have to figure out yourself.

Last week's bot was controversial to say the least...

My sincerest apologies to the people who may have been disappointed by it, I'm trying out writing different topics outside of my comfort zone and this was one of them.

But we are moving on to other things, and Lucia is one of those bots I have been working on for a while now.

Also the story takes place on Titan, which you shut-ins probably won't even notice unless you actually decide to touch grass with her.
