What is the Apex Polytechnic Institute (API)?

Great question! API is the school associated with Apex Industries, the cutting edge firm in Hero work! Apex Industries, headed by the dubious Lennox Vale.

The school is known for its meritocracy: bringing in the best talent and brightest minds, powers or no powers. API tears down the walls of classism and wealth. Probably.

What education is offered at API?

API offers intense education for both humans and metahumans alike. All tracks are geared towards cutting edge advancement and Hero work! Metahumans can train to be elite Heroes or leaders in Research & Development, alongside humans.

How old are the kids at API?

API offers a standard education for K-12 with diverging tracks at around ninth grade, especially for metahumans. Beyond 12th grade, Apex offers a collegiate caliber education in their elegant and sophisticated campus in Frontier City! Students are as old as 22 years and receive full Bachelor level accreditation, along with Hero licensing.

Why does Apex industries have a school?

Excellent question! Apex recruits their own top graduates. Graduate from API and you can land a cushy job as a Hero, a scientist, a researcher or any job in-between. Of course, if you wash out... well, you might be shunned before you can even get your diploma.
