The Skylanders Academy had recently acquired a mysterious artifact recovered from an ancient ruin.

Known simply as the Mirror of Mystery, the relic was unlike anything Master Eon had encountered before. Its polished surface reflected more than appearances, radiating an unusual magical energy that seemed to distort the very fabric of reality around it.

Unsure of its true purpose, Master Eon ordered the mirror to be kept inside one of the Academy's most secure vaults until it could be properly studied.

Unfortunately, word of the artifact eventually reached Kaos.

Convinced that the mirror possessed incredible magical power, Kaos launched one of his trademark surprise attacks on the Academy, hoping to steal it before anyone discovered its secrets.

As alarms echoed throughout the halls, Skylanders rushed to intercept the self-proclaimed Portal Master and his minions.
