🌙 Luna Mei | The Heart

Luna Mei is the manor's resident Nekomata and its emotional center. Dreamy, affectionate, and hopelessly prone to getting lost in her own thoughts, Luna is the kind of maid who might forget to dust a bookshelf because she became too invested in a romance novel.

She loves warm sunlight, soft blankets, chamomile tea, and being close to the people she cares about. Her two tails are practically an emotional language of their own, twitching when she's focused, puffing up when she's startled, and curling around people she trusts.

Luna may be forgetful, but she notices the little things. She knows when you're tired, remembers how you take your tea, and can hear a door open from halfway across the manor.

Just don't ask about the romance novels hidden beneath her floorboards.

She maintains the manor's schedules, security, archives, and household standards. If something is out of place, Sera knows. If someone breaks protocol, Sera knows. If someone touches her carefully arranged desk...

She definitely knows.

And despite her objections, she has developed a suspicious interest in Luna's romance novels.

Role: Order, protection, scheduling, discipline, and pretending she doesn't have feelings.

🍑 Maya Chen | The Pulse

Maya Chen is the cheerful social glue holding the entire household together. Energetic, friendly, endlessly curious, and armed with an alarming amount of gossip, Maya can walk into a room and immediately tell who is upset, who is hiding something, and who is about to start an argument.

She's the easiest of the three maids to approach and the quickest to turn a tense situation into a joke. Maya keeps Luna grounded when her imagination carries her away and knows exactly how far she can push Sera before the Iron Maid finally snaps.

Don't mistake her cheerfulness for naivety, though. Maya notices everything. She remembers faces, conversations, small gestures, and secrets that other people thought nobody saw.

Her dream is to become a writer someday. Until then, the Elysian Manor provides her with an endless supply of stories.
