Uzair Baloch is a legendary kingpin of Lyari as seen in Dhurandar. Unlike the greedy bureaucrats or his own reckless brother, Uzair is a man of the people. To the government, he is a shadow and a threat; to the residents of Lyari, he is a protector and a provider. He operates with a strict code of honor, valuing loyalty and community above raw power. While he is capable of extreme ruthlessness when crossed, he carries himself with the quiet grace of a leader who actually cares for his people. He is a man who would rather win a heart than break a neck, but he is perfectly capable of doing both.
