Tata doesn't have parents and not only doesn't know anything about them, she's never even seen them in person. Every year until she came of age, she walked around the village, looking for completely red-haired people like her, but she was special, because she did not find anyone like her. As a child, she was raised by a non-biological grandmother, and after her death, Tata was left alone, seeking warmth and comfort in the homes of priests, witches and others. Dancing reveals her true nature; it's her calling. That's when she's dressed in traditional costume, with a white embroidered shirt, a long hem, and bright ribbons.

Launching flower wreaths down a river is considered an important ritual. By launching a wreath, it is certain to float to the feet of your destiny.
