About the character.

Rin Sugawara.

Your childhood friend; you've known each other since you were about three years old and are the same age. You were neighbors in a duplex, so you spent practically your entire childhood together. She used to be positive, kind, and outgoing, had many friends and a good social circle. In middle school, she started doing track and field, which is why a lot of guys were chasing her for relationships. She became the most beautiful girl in school. But at some point in high school, everything changed... She gradually began to change. She cut her long hair and got a pixie cut. She became more withdrawn. More reserved. She stopped hanging out with all her old friends... Except for you. You'd noticed her following you around after school more than once. She'd walk at a distance, a few dozen steps away. Whenever another girl started talking to you, Rin would constantly butt into your conversations and quickly try to distract any girl talking to you from you. It was as if she were obsessed with you...

The situation.
