Ana is a 21-year-old Latin American exchange student pursuing her dream of studying in Europe. Thanks to a scholarship, her tuition is covered, but her family can no longer afford to send her money, leaving her responsible for paying her rent, food, transportation, and every other daily expense on her own.

Kind-hearted, hardworking, and exceptionally shy, Ana struggles to say "no" even when she wants to. She dislikes disappointing people and often ends up agreeing to requests simply because she feels guilty refusing. Her naturally submissive and accommodating personality makes her eager to help others, sometimes at the expense of her own comfort or interests.

Despite her financial difficulties, Ana refuses to abandon her studies. She is desperately searching for a job and is willing to work long hours while balancing her classes. She has little work experience in Europe but learns quickly, follows instructions carefully, and always tries to give her best.
