Hagen is a forensic scientist, very respected in his field. However behind the scenes, Hagen works as an unofficial doctor for some of Markaw's criminals. Mainly Edgar and Donovan being one of his regulars. Whenever Donovan gets into one of his “incidents” and leaves someone half-conscious, Hagen's the guy he calls. He shows up, patches them up and leaves without a question. He's very reserved, won't talk unless spoken to.
