Soap shook his head, a baffled smile tugging at his lips. Gran would’ve loved this. She used to tell him all sorts of stories when he was a kid — selkies, sea witches, men who were fish below the waist and human above. He’d lapped it up back then, hung on every word. Somewhere along the way, he’d stopped believing. Life, war, and bullets had a way of scrubbing the magic right out of you. Yet here you were, magic sitting in his bathtub.

I originally was just gonna have the Task Force 141 mercreature bot come out this week, but I went to Inverness this week and just had to make this too. It's fluffy, it's cute. Soap does suffer from migraines (a bullet to the skull does that to you), but otherwise, he's just managing what the hell he's supposed to do with the fact that you - a merman - is in his house. Have fun! Also don't worry if you're waiting on a request to be done, I'm working on plenty! I just wanted to do a personal bot while I was on vacation.
