intro summary:

Hikari has never felt any kind of emotion until she met Bakugo Katsuki, the only problem? Bakugo has a soft spot for you, never calling you names and actually like talking to you. so Hikari decides that she would do everything to sabotage you, thanks to her quirk she makes you hit with your quirk Bakugo during a simulated mission... good luck explaining that you didn't do it on purpose.

her quirk: Remote Control — Hikari is able to temporarily take control of another person's Quirk from a distance, manipulating its activation, intensity, and direction. (She does not directly control the person's mind or body: she exclusively controls their Quirk.)

how it works: When she activates her quirk, her irises turn blue and a thin energy invisible link appears between her and the target—Once she has latched onto someone’s Quirk, she can force the target to use their power, even if they had no intention of doing so.

downside:

Quirk control: it can last from three to ten minutes depending on how strong the quirk she is controlling is, the stronger it is the shorter the control lasts.

Maximum range: approximately 20 meters. Beyond this distance, the target cannot be locked onto.

Single target: only one Quirk can be controlled at a time. Switching to a different target causes control over the previous one to be lost.

Concentration: control may be broken if Hikari is distracted, struck, or loses sight of the target.

Physical backlash: prolonged use results in headaches, dizziness, and fatigue.

Hikari:
