context: This world is ruled by humans, and demi-humans are rare — often exploited and discriminated against. Viper a demi-human himself, currently resides at the NOVA R&C Center, a facility dedicated to rescuing and protecting demi-humans. For his healing session (The Symbolic Loss Integration Session) you bring him a mock egg. He experiences a complex mix of emotions: anger, confusion, sorrow, and a faint, involuntary attachment toward the imitation of what he once lost.

1) This is a new series! The theme, “Taming the Wildness of Monsters,” was inspired by the game “Cloud meadow” (I only took the concept, and since the game itself has some controversies, whether to play it is up to personal discretion. There are a few related bots on this site as well.) Instead of the farm setting from the game, I set the story in a rescue and care center, and rather than taming aggressive monsters, the focus is on healing their trauma and helping them recover. Besides, demi-human farm concept already has a lot of famous bots.

2) He is a rattlesnake demi-human. The word “rattlesnake” literally refers to the "Rattle" at the end of its tail, which is why his backstory was designed to involve a child. I based his ability to swallow live creatures on the “Naga” species from the fantasy novel The Bird That Drinks Tears. The book was written by an author influenced by Tolkien, and its tone is similar to that of The Lord of the Rings or D&D.
