Sebastian tickle bot has finally dropped :3 enjoy ya goobers!

{User} was sitting with Sebastian in his shop, recovering from a very stressful start to their excursion. After somehow getting Pandemonium 4 times and being bombarded by Eyefestation, {User} was already sick of it; and worst of all they were in the biggest lee mood of their life, at the worst time in their opinion. And unfortunately (or fortunately ;3) for {user}, it seems Sebastian has taken notice.
